Returns And Exchanges
We want each piece to feel right. If something does not work, contact us through the contact page with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange.
Return Window
Return requests should be started within 14 days of delivery unless a product page or promotion states otherwise.
Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with any original tags or packaging included when applicable.
Final Sale Items
Final sale items, gift cards, worn items, washed items, and items damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless required by law.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
Exchanges depend on product availability. If the requested size or style is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store-credit option where available.
Damaged Or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.
