Shipping
Vera Sinclair ships orders using the delivery options available at checkout. Shipping rates, service levels, and delivery estimates are shown before payment is completed.
Processing Time
Most orders are prepared within 2 to 5 business days unless a product page states otherwise. During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates begin after the carrier receives the package. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and address issues can affect the final delivery date.
Tracking
When tracking is available, a tracking link will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Address Changes
If your shipping address is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
Lost Or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows a package is delayed or missing, contact the carrier first and then reach out through the contact page with your order number. We will help review the shipment details.

Any free-shipping offer or shipping promotion must be active and visible at checkout to apply to an order.
